About the position

The Real Estate & Customer Experience Manager at Prologis is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing relationships with a diverse customer base in the Chicago market. This role involves overseeing customer management processes, identifying revenue opportunities, and ensuring properties are well-maintained and financially managed. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, lease administration expertise, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure clear communication of terms, conditions, and customer responsibilities.
  • Manage move-in and move-out processes, conducting inspections, and coordinating necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities by understanding Prologis value-added products and services.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers.
  • Utilize technical tools (e.g., Salesforce) to gather data and develop customer insights.
  • Conduct lease analysis and manage lease administration tasks.
  • Negotiate and manage service agreements to ensure well-maintained properties.
  • Prepare financial reports to meet budget and financial goals for the portfolio.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industrial/commercial real estate experience recommended.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple properties.
  • Current Real Estate sales license in Illinois or ability to obtain within six months.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to change and take on new initiatives positively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with customers.
  • Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions, or company mergers.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
