• Provide support for agent recruitment and retention efforts by promoting a positive and motivating work environment.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest market trends, real estate technologies, and industry best practices.
• Share valuable insights with agents to help them stay competitive and adapt to market changes.
• Demonstrate successful real estate practices by maintaining your own high level of production and staying active in the real estate market.
• Serve as a role model for agents to emulate in terms of work ethic, professionalism, and client service.

Requirements

• A valid Utah Real Estate License is required or willingness to obtain one.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in an exciting and energetic atmosphere.
