About the position

The Real Estate Development Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing real estate development projects from inception to completion. This position requires a keen understanding of real estate law, market trends, and administrative processes, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage real estate development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential development opportunities and assess feasibility.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to design and plan projects that meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate development or project management is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law and administrative processes related to property development.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
  • Exceptional communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficient in sales strategies related to real estate transactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage complex projects effectively.
  • A customer service-oriented approach with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
