About the position

The Director of Operations at Generations Home Team NW is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the real estate team. This position involves building and managing systems for various operational aspects, including financial management, contract oversight, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support.
  • Responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books (QuickBooks), paying the bills, handling payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports.
  • Oversee all contracts through closing and coordinate transactions.
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
  • Manage marketing efforts, including social media and client gifts.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries or complaints and set appointments.
  • Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members.

Requirements

  • 3 years of administrative experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Real Estate License
  • Project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • QuickBooks proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
