About the position
The Real Estate Energy Manager at Lumen is responsible for providing project management support to the Energy and Sustainability team. This role focuses on technical support for building automation systems, energy tracking software, and energy efficiency initiatives, ensuring that facility systems operate reliably and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Direct oversight of the centralized energy management platform, ensuring facility systems are operating with a high degree of reliability and efficiency.
- Remotely troubleshoot system issues and manage data analytics and reporting.
- Develop energy reduction initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience
- Strong technical understanding of energy efficiency, mechanical and electrical facility systems, building automation systems, data analytics and reporting
- Experience in telecom, high reliability facilities and/or datacenter environments preferred
- Highly professional and self-motivated
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with the ability to develop and manage concurrent projects
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
