This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication between the managing broker and clientele, as well as maintaining the organization of office operations. The executive assistant will be responsible for screening messages, notifying the broker of important information, and overseeing schedules and travel arrangements. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. In addition to communication duties, the executive assistant will organize office records and customer data, order office supplies, and complete other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Responsibilities

  • Keep a balanced record of the broker's business transactions
  • Purchase supplies and follow office protocols
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify broker of necessary details
  • Make appointments and travel itineraries for broker
  • Support the real estate office as needed with other assistant duties, such as picking up orders

Requirements

  • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Accustomed to navigating computer software such as Microsoft Office and MLS
  • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus
