About the position

The Real Estate Executive Assistant will support the Burnside Team at Keller Williams Realty in Midvale, UT, by managing various operational tasks to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction. This role is crucial for maintaining systems that facilitate real estate transactions, customer service, and vendor relationships, ultimately contributing to the team's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Direct support to the team leader.
  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, and information management.
  • Act as a liaison to clients, vendors, and other real estate agents.
  • Implement marketing programs.
  • Provide high-level customer support and interaction with clients, vendors, and affiliates.

Requirements

  • Self-starter and proactive attitude.
  • Real estate license is highly desirable, but not required; or 3+ years of experience in real estate-related fields such as title work, lending, or property management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong people skills, including being friendly, empathetic, and a good listener.
  • Typing proficiency of a minimum of 55 words per minute or more.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to use Google Suite, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Presentation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in real estate transactions or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with marketing programs and strategies.
