About the position

The Real Estate Executive Assistant at RE/MAX Professionals is responsible for providing administrative support to the managing broker and the leadership team. This role involves liaising with clients, managing office records, and enhancing the company's social media presence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Purchase supplies and follow office protocols
  • Complete administrative duties, like picking up orders, or other tasks as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and clientele
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase our social media presence and engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute social media campaigns
  • Produce multimedia content such as videos, graphics, and blog posts
  • Juggle multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Properly route phone calls, messages, mail, and packages
  • Provide high-level support to agents, clients, and leadership
  • Assist with coordinating company events

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Intermediate/Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate/Expert knowledge of programs like SkySlope, LoneWolf, Google Drive, Dropbox
  • Intermediate/Expert knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner
  • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines
