About the position

We are seeking an experienced real estate professional to join our team as a dynamic Revenue and Sales Executive Assistant in Chesapeake, VA. This role is pivotal in overseeing real estate transactions and managing fix and flip projects, while also handling sales calls and supporting high-level administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess leadership-level real estate and sales experience, demonstrating persistence, decisiveness, and strong problem-solving skills. Exceptional organization and a goal-oriented mindset are essential for success in this position. In this role, you will assist the CEO with monitoring and increasing sales across all divisions, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will perform office management duties as needed, which includes accountability for employees, reporting, and managing divisions. Transaction coordination of rehabs and wholesale deals will be a key responsibility, as well as construction coordination of rehabs to ensure they meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Additionally, you will assist in other operational and administrative tasks as needed, always with a focus on revenue generation. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
  • Leadership role in Real Estate and sales held previously
  • Technology savvy
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information

Benefits
