Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough walk-throughs of properties to assess their condition.
- Take high-quality, professional photographs of properties, highlighting key features.
- Place lock boxes at properties as needed for secure access during showings.
- Create engaging video tours and virtual tours of properties to enhance online listings.
- Conduct property showings for potential renters, providing detailed information and answering questions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Real estate photography portfolio and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience and/or knowledge of FHA laws and housing compliance.
- Familiarity with landlord/tenant laws.
