About The Position
We are looking for a Real Estate Lead to oversee and optimize the management, leasing, and ownership of The Farmer's Dog (TFD) real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for coordinating property acquisitions, lease negotiations, facility management, and strategic real estate planning to support the company's operational growth and efficiency. As a fast-growing, innovative company, TFD relies on strong real estate management to ensure that our facilities, and office spaces align with our business needs. If you have a strategic mindset and a passion for real estate operations, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact. You will support initiatives such as the development of our real estate strategy, the expansion of TFD offices, supporting the assessment of 3rd party locations/internal operations, the development of our R&D facilities, and the assessment of the overall growth of TFD's physical footprint.
