About the position

We are seeking motivated licensed real estate agents with leasing real estate experience to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. We are in a unique position to be able to hand over a good deal of active clients that need an experienced leasing and licensed Real Estate Agent who will work closely with them to understand their needs and preferences and help them achieve their real estate goals. We are looking for full and part-time professionals to join us. As a Real Estate Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the complexities of the real estate market. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing guidance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms, and maintaining and updating listings of available properties. You will conduct property showings and open houses, develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors, and stay knowledgeable about the real estate market trends. Additionally, you will negotiate contracts with buyers and sellers and prepare necessary real estate documents. This position is an independent contractor role and is solely commission-based. Unlike other leasing positions, we have existing clients who need a leasing specialist to handle their inquiries, allowing you to start with a good amount of business right from the beginning. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Preferably 2 years of leasing experience
  • Experience in LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit)
  • Proficiency in real estate administrative tasks
  • Strong conflict management skills
  • Sales experience with a proven track record
  • Upselling skills to promote additional property features or services
  • Knowledge of property maintenance and leasing processes
  • Customer relationship management expertise

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with property leasing procedures
