About the position

The Real Estate Manager at Cresco Labs plays a crucial role in the strategic expansion and management of dispensary and production sites. This position involves leading market and site selection processes, overseeing real estate transactions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential growth areas for new dispensary locations
• Evaluate and assess potential sites for dispensary locations based on various real estate fundamentals and zoning regulations
• Lead the end-to-end transaction process for new locations, ensuring all activities are executed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Engage and manage relationships with external consultants, brokers, and legal advisors to support real estate activities
• Coordinate with construction and facilities teams to ensure site readiness aligns with operational timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create project deadlines, administer and amend leases, and manage other real estate activity

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or related discipline
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing and communication skills
• Ability to interface with landlords and 3rd party resources
• Independent worker with a team player attitude
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills and ability to use mapping tools
