About the position

The Real Estate Market Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of real estate projects and transactions within Intermountain's multi-state operations. This role involves site selection, strategic planning, property acquisition and disposition, land use, leasing, property management, and space utilization. The position requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage real estate agreements and financial analyses effectively.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, leases, access agreements, and boundary agreements.
• Value real property and perform financial analysis of transactions.
• Manage and interface with real estate databases and project management software.
• Review and manage real property assessment and taxation.
• Negotiate with government entities regarding condemnation and eminent domain takings.
• Manage real property assets, making decisions about future use and coordinating with neighbors.
• Coordinate with internal partners on project approvals and workflows.
• Track and report on assigned projects.

Requirements

• Four years of applicable real estate experience with a solid understanding of real estate laws and processes.
• Demonstrated analytical, financial, organizational, and communication skills.
• Polished negotiation skills and strategic thinking abilities.
• Confidence in working with contracts and coordinating with legal support.
• Ability to interact with leaders throughout the Intermountain system.
• Discretion and judgment to keep sensitive information confidential.
