About the position

At High Falls - Sotheby's International Realty, we are seeking a proactive and highly organized Listing and Creative Coordinator. This pivotal role involves managing and supporting sellers throughout the listing process, ensuring that each property is presented with excellence. You will coordinate with staging services, photographers, videographers, and the marketing team to create a seamless experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include compiling and analyzing comparable property data, assisting with contracts, managing MLS listings, preparing homes for showings, and generating sales activity reports. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing the showing schedule and communicating with other agents to understand best practices for showings and how to increase home sales. You will follow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork needed for file compliance. Your efforts will contribute to selling homes quickly by maintaining listings on social media and in the MLS, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will manage listings for sellers from initial contact to executed purchase agreements, preparing all necessary listing information, including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and conducting online research for each property on the MLS database. You will also be responsible for delivering and retrieving lockboxes, OPEN Riders, and marketing materials to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold.
  • Follow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork needed to send to the office broker for file compliance.
  • Sell homes quickly by maintaining the listings on social media and in MLS to provide excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Allow real estate agents to sell more homes by managing listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement.
  • Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database.
  • Deliver and retrieve lockboxes, OPEN Riders, and marketing materials to clients.

Requirements

  • Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience is highly valued.
  • College experience preferred but not required to apply.
  • Has real estate license or is willing to pursue one.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle required.
  • Highly organized with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
