About the position

The Marketing & Operations Manager at The Jenny Morant Group is a pivotal role designed for a proactive individual who will support the President and Vice President of a dynamic real estate team. This position encompasses a blend of marketing, operations, and executive management responsibilities, aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the team's operations while driving marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist the President and Vice President in all aspects of their business and support other agents as directed.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities, including the execution of marketing plans and client events.
• Support agents in designing sales-generating materials and scheduling sales meetings.
• Document client communications in CRM and maintain the client database.
• Manage office operations, including answering phones, sorting mail, and organizing files.
• Assist with listing and transaction coordination, ensuring timely communication with clients and agents.
• Prepare marketing materials for listings and manage the inventory of marketing supplies.
• Attend inspections and final walkthroughs with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience working on a residential real estate team or as a staff member of a broker.
• Minimum of 3 years prior experience as an executive/personal assistant, office manager, or marketing coordinator.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, and MLS.
• A valid driver's license and access to a car.
• Legally entitled to work in the United States and located in the Los Angeles area.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
