About the position

The Real Estate Operations Assistant at The Jay White Group is a part-time role focused on managing the Operator's schedule, communications, and daily tasks. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about customer service. The assistant will play a crucial role in creating streamlined systems and memorable client experiences while supporting the team's growth efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all systems for delivering excellent internal and external customer service, social media presence, client care systems including events and referrals.
  • Provide a world-class experience for clients and sphere through phone, email, and text on behalf of the Operator through contract and beyond.
  • Manage the team's social media presence by creating engaging content, posting regularly, and monitoring engagement.
  • Support the growth efforts through posting recruiting ads, calling agent recruits, and scheduling appointments for the Operator.
  • Plan and execute multiple events per year for clients that are done at a high level to drive business referrals.
  • Ensure all team receipts are obtained and submitted through the accounting system, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Provide general administrative support.
