You will manage and qualify inbound inquiries, generating appointments for our agents to respond to customers promptly and efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive database of clients to ensure organization and effective follow-up. Your role will also involve maintaining and expanding existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team, ultimately driving our sales results. You will be expected to provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team, ensuring that goals are met in a timely manner.
