Responsibilities

• Conduct title and survey reviews for commercial real estate transactions.

• Manage and maintain closing checklists to ensure all necessary steps are completed for transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence related to real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to facilitate the closing process for affordable housing projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Proven experience in title and survey review.
• Experience with corporate financing transactions and due diligence document review.
• Strong organizational skills to manage closing checklists effectively.
• Experience in affordable housing is required.
