About the position

The Real Estate Photographer and Videographer will play a crucial role in showcasing residential properties through high-quality photography and videography. This position involves capturing stunning images and videos, including drone footage, to create engaging content for marketing purposes. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to ensure all media aligns with branding strategies and effectively attracts potential buyers.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality interior and exterior images of residential properties.
• Shoot and produce professional real estate videos, including property tours, marketing videos, and client testimonials.
• Operate a drone to capture aerial shots and videos of properties.
• Produce engaging photos and videos for social media platforms, focusing on property highlights, team events, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Edit all images and videos using professional editing software to ensure high-quality output that aligns with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all media aligns with branding and marketing strategies.
• Maintain and organize photo and video archives for easy access and future use.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the content remains fresh and competitive.
• Schedule and manage photo/video shoots efficiently and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate photography, videography, and drone operation.
• Proficiency with photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Ability to manage and operate a drone with proper certifications.
• Strong creative and technical skills in photography, videography, and editing.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience working in real estate or with real estate teams.
• Knowledge of real estate photography best practices, including lighting and staging techniques.
• Experience with virtual tours and 3D property scanning tools (Matterport, etc.).
