Real Estate Photographer - Bend

About the position

TruPlace, Inc. is looking for a Real Estate Photographer to join their team in Bend, Oregon. This role involves traveling to various properties to capture high-quality real estate photographs and create interactive floor plan scans. The position is contract-based, requiring the photographer to manage their own schedule while delivering work electronically at the end of each day. No post-production work is involved, allowing for a focus on capturing images on-site.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from properties for photography assignments.
• Provide onsite real estate style photography and create floorplan scans.
• Electronically transmit completed work at the end of each workday.
• Adhere to the appointment schedule without post-production work.

Requirements

• Perform work on a 1099 contract basis, paid per property.
• High School/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Previous photography experience preferred.
• Experience in a customer service or guest-facing role.
• Reliable automobile transportation and insurance are required.
• Must have a smartphone, high-speed internet, and a personal computer.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow an appointment schedule are essential.
• Must possess a Full Frame DSLR Camera, FX 16-18mm Wide Angle Lens, and Tripod (3ft-5ft Range of Expansion).
