Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of real estate properties.
- Send daily photos to the editing team by 8:00 PM (EST) the same day.
- Learn and utilize various digital services offered by the company, including Matterport and drone technology.
- Maintain professional presentation and communication with clients and team members.
- Travel to adjacent counties as required for assignments.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a real estate photographer.
- Proficient in using a Full Frame DSLR camera with a wide-angle lens (16mm/17mm) and tripod.
- Strong computer skills for editing and high-speed internet access.
- Confidence in using Lightroom for photo editing.
- Reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Smartphone for communication and scheduling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
