The Real Estate Photographer position at Hometrack Real Estate Marketing involves capturing high-quality images and videos for real estate listings in the Frederick, MD area. This part-time, on-call role allows photographers to focus on their craft without the stress of lead generation or sales, as the company provides scheduling and editing support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for photography, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of real estate properties.
• Utilize various digital services offered by the company, including Matterport and drone technology.
• Submit daily photos by 8:00 PM (EST) on the same day of the shoot.
• Collaborate with the editing team to ensure high-quality final products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a real estate photographer.
• Proficient in using a Full Frame DSLR camera, wide angle lens (16mm/17mm), and tripod.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various locations.
• Strong eye for detail and professional presentation.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and communicate effectively.
