About the position
The Real Estate Photographer position at Blue Sky Photography involves capturing high-quality images of residential, commercial, and land properties to enhance sales listings. This part-time, contract role allows for a flexible schedule, enabling photographers to manage their own appointments while contributing to a growing photography team that serves clients across multiple states.
Responsibilities
- Keep schedule updated for effective booking
- Receive appointment information
- Prepare equipment for upcoming appointments
- Travel to appointments a few minutes early
- Perform pre-shoot walkthroughs of the property
- Complete photography assignments
- Send photos to the office by end of the day for post-production
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of photography experience (preferred)
- 1 year of real estate photography experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a DSLR camera with 24+ megapixel wide-angle lens
- Sturdy tripod and monopod for camera
- Drone (DJI Mavic Air or equivalent) with 12+ megapixels / 4k capability
- Computer or laptop with high-speed internet (upload speed of 15 mbps)
Nice-to-haves
- College degree preferred
- Multi-lingual skills
- Licensed drone pilot (FAA Part 107)
