About the position
The Real Estate Photographer position at Blue Sky Photography involves capturing high-quality images of residential, commercial, and land properties. This part-time, contract role allows for a flexible schedule, enabling photographers to manage their own hours while providing essential services to enhance property listings. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and equipped with the necessary photography gear, including a drone, to meet the company's growing demands.
Responsibilities
- Keep schedule updated for effective booking
- Receive appointment information
- Prepare equipment for upcoming appointments
- Travel to appointments a few minutes early
- Perform pre-shoot walkthroughs of the property
- Complete photography assignments
- Send photos to the office by end of the day for post-production
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Remote Pilot Certificate license preferred
- Experience in real estate photography
- Ability to operate DSLR and 360 cameras
- Organizational skills and punctuality
Nice-to-haves
- Multilingual skills
- College degree preferred
- Experience as a licensed drone pilot
