The Real Estate Photographer position at Hometrack Real Estate Marketing is a part-time, on-call role focused on providing high-quality photography and videography services for realtors and small businesses in La Plata, MD. The role emphasizes creativity and technical skills in capturing properties, while also offering ongoing training in digital media and imaging. Photographers will benefit from a supportive administrative team that handles scheduling and an editing team that manages post-production work, allowing them to focus on their craft without the stress of lead generation or sales.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs of real estate properties.
• Utilize videography and drone technology for property marketing.
• Submit daily photos by 8:00 PM (EST) to the editing team.
• Collaborate with the administrative team for scheduling appointments.
• Learn and apply various digital services offered by the company, including Matterport and 2D floor plans.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a real estate photographer.
• Proficient in using a Full Frame DSLR camera with a wide-angle lens (16mm/17mm) and tripod.
• Reliable transportation for travel to various locations.
• Smartphone for communication and scheduling.
• Strong attention to detail and professional presentation.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual with strong communication skills.
