Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of real estate properties.
- Utilize various digital services offered by the company, including Matterport and drone technology.
- Submit daily photos by 8:00 PM (EST) to the editing team.
- Maintain a professional presentation and communication with clients.
- Travel to adjacent counties as required for assignments.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a real estate photographer.
- Proficient in using a Full Frame DSLR camera with a wide-angle lens (16mm/17mm) and tripod.
- Strong computer skills for editing and high-speed internet access.
- Confidence in using Lightroom for photo editing.
- Reliable transportation for travel to job sites.
- Smartphone for communication and scheduling.
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
Nice-to-haves
- Advanced shooting and editing techniques.
