About the position

Nordy Photography is seeking a creative and passionate Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to capture the essence of properties through photography and videography. This contractor role focuses on delivering high-quality images without the need for editing, as the company manages all post-shoot processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate photography, be tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of real estate properties.
• Follow established processes to upload completed shoots to company platforms.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members during shoots.
• Adapt to changing schedules and appointments in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure all equipment requirements are met for each shoot.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Real Estate Photography.
• Experience with Drone Photography and possession of a valid FAA Part 107 License.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to adhere to detailed specifications and deadlines.
• Availability to work between 3 to 5 days a week.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to upload all shoots by no later than 8pm CT.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience creating Matterport 3D Tours.
• Experience in creating real estate videos.
