About the position

Wow Video Tours is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Photographer/Videographer/Drone Operator to join their team in North Charlotte, NC. This role involves capturing high-quality images and videos of real estate listings, utilizing drone technology, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work as an independent contractor, with a focus on delivering outstanding results that align with the company's core values.

Responsibilities

• Photograph and video real estate listings to Wow Video Tour specifications.
• Take aerial/drone photos & video of real estate listings.
• Provide exceptional customer service experience for clients (Realtors & homeowners).
• Travel to appointments within service areas (30-50 miles).
• Organize photos/videos in Adobe Bridge and upload media to Dropbox.

Requirements

• Valid Part 107 Drone License required for drone pilots.
• Experience handling, using, and maintaining digital cameras and gimbals (3 years preferred).
• Experience handling, using, and maintaining drones (1 year preferred).
• Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible weekly availability during normal business hours; weekends and evenings optional.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in videography (1 year preferred).
• Experience in photography (1 year preferred).
• Dual Wireless Lavalier Microphone System (not required but highly recommended).
• Theta Series 360 camera w/ monopod (not required but highly recommended).
