About the position

Quick Pic Tours is seeking a Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to capture high-quality images and videos of properties for real estate professionals. This contract position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work independently while adhering to professional standards. The role involves using personal photography equipment to document various types of properties and uploading the raw files to the company's server without the need for editing.

Responsibilities

• Photograph residential homes, office buildings, and other properties.
• Capture drone photos, videos, and Matterport/3D tours as needed.
• Upload raw files to the company's FTP server after each shoot.
• Confirm schedules with customers and maintain professional conduct.
• Adhere to the company's standards for appearance and conduct.

Requirements

• Experience in photography, particularly in real estate or similar fields.
• Knowledge of digital photography and camera settings.
• Ability to use DSLR cameras with minimum specifications (preferably a 7D or equivalent).
• Reliable transportation and a high-speed internet connection.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in customer service and sales.
• Experience with videography and twilight shoots.
