About the position

Quick Pic Tours is seeking a Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to capture high-quality images and videos of properties for real estate professionals. This contract position offers flexible scheduling and requires candidates to have their own equipment and transportation. The role involves photographing various types of properties and uploading raw files to the company's FTP server, with no editing required.

Responsibilities

• Photograph real estate properties including residential homes and office buildings.
• Capture high-quality images and videos using DSLR and drone equipment.
• Upload raw files to the company's FTP server after each shoot.
• Confirm schedules with customers and maintain professional conduct.
• Adhere to equipment specifications and shooting standards.

Requirements

• Experience in photography, particularly real estate photography is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of drone operation and videography.
• Ability to work with DSLR cameras and wide-angle lenses.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Reliable transportation and a high-speed internet connection.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in customer service and sales.
• Experience with Matterport or 3D tours.
