Propertyvidpro is seeking skilled freelance photographers and videographers with a valid FCC Part 107 drone license to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role involves capturing high-quality real estate images and videos, with the potential for 5-20 shoots per freelancer each week. The average compensation is structured at 45% of the gross earnings per shoot, which averages around $100, with the possibility of higher earnings based on client requests. We prioritize volume and quality in our services, and as such, we do not charge high fees, allowing us to focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients. Importantly, no editing is required for this position, simplifying the workflow for our freelancers. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess their own equipment, including a DSLR camera capable of HDR photography with auto exposure bracketing (AEB) and a 10 mm lens, a 4K DJI or similar drone, a 3D 360 virtual tour camera, a tripod, and a gimbal for video shots. The ideal candidates will be able to perform high-quality work and are expected to ramp up their shooting volume over the first two months of engagement.
