About the position

HomeTourVision is seeking a Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to join their HTV Photographer Network. This role involves providing high-quality media services such as HDR Photography, Walk-Through Videos, AI Generated 2D Floor Plans, and potentially 3D Interactive Virtual Tours to realtors and businesses in Westchester County, NY, and surrounding areas. The position offers a flexible income opportunity with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and timely media uploads.

Responsibilities

• Check calendars for appointments and update availability.
• Arrive at appointments on time and meet realtors at properties.
• Perform required media services including photography and videography.
• Upload all media by 9pm the same night.
• Participate in monthly Zoom meetings with the team.

Requirements

• Digital SLR/Mirrorless camera with Ultra Wide-Angle Lens capable of taking AEB 5 Brackets and video at 60FPS.
• A zoom lens and a sturdy tripod with ball head preferred.
• Smartphone and hi-speed internet access.
• Availability for monthly Zoom meetings with the team.

• Real Estate Photography experience.
• Video experience using a motorized gimbal.
• Experience with bracketing and composition.
• Drone photography and video experience (FAA Part 107 Licensed).
