About the position

The Real Estate Photographer/Videographer position at HomeTourVision involves providing high-quality visual media services to realtors and businesses in Westchester County and surrounding areas. The role requires expertise in HDR photography, video production, and possibly creating AI-generated floor plans and 3D virtual tours. This is a contract position that offers a flexible schedule, allowing photographers to manage their own appointments while ensuring timely delivery of media services.

Responsibilities

• Check calendars for appointments and update availability.
• Arrive at appointments on time and meet realtors at properties.
• Perform required media services including photography and videography.
• Upload all media by 9pm the same night.
• Participate in monthly Zoom meetings with the team.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in Real Estate Photography.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Digital SLR or Mirrorless camera with Ultra Wide-Angle Lens capable of AEB 5 Brackets and video at 60FPS.
• A zoom lens and a sturdy tripod with ball head preferred.
• Smartphone and hi-speed internet access.

• Video experience using a motorized gimbal.
• Experience with bracketing and composition.
• Drone photography and video experience (FAA Part 107 Licensed).
