About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to join our production team. This role involves capturing high-quality media (Photos, Videos, 3D Tours & more) of properties and working closely with our team to deliver exceptional content to our clients. While previous experience is preferred, we are most interested in finding a fast learner who is eager to be trained and grow.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality media of properties including photos, videos, and 3D tours.
• Work closely with the production team to deliver exceptional content to clients.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company appropriately.
• Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with the internal team.

Requirements

• Must live in Dallas-Fort Worth and have a reliable vehicle (2014 or newer).
• Motivated and dedicated to producing high-quality work.
• Detail-oriented with a desire to learn and improve.
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Punctual: Ability to consistently show up on time for scheduled shoots.
• Strong communication skills: Ability to interact professionally with clients.

Nice-to-haves

• Remote Pilot Certificate - Part 107 (Preferred but not required to apply; must be willing to obtain if not already certified).
