Griffin Marketing is seeking a skilled Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to join our team in Portland and the surrounding areas. This part-time, contract position involves capturing high-quality photos and videos of residential properties, including drone footage and virtual tours. The successful candidate will not be responsible for editing the content, as Griffin Marketing will handle all bookings and post-production work. This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate photography and videography, who enjoys working independently and is committed to delivering exceptional results. The individual in this role will be expected to operate a drone legally, which requires a valid Part 107 drone license. This is a non-negotiable requirement, and applicants without this certification will not be considered. Additionally, having a 3D virtual tour camera compatible with Matterport is a significant advantage, as it enhances the service offerings to clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, adhere to instructions, and demonstrate punctuality and professionalism in all interactions. Compensation for this position is based on a per-job basis, with earnings ranging from approximately $50 to $800+ per job, depending on the scope and complexity of the shoot. The work schedule is flexible, with assignments primarily occurring Monday through Friday, and candidates should be prepared to be on call as needed. This role requires a reliable vehicle for transportation to various locations, as well as the necessary photography equipment, including a camera, tripod, wide-angle/zoom lens, gimbal, and a computer with reliable internet access. Candidates should be enthusiastic about the real estate photography industry and possess a willingness to learn and grow within this field.
