About the position

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented DSLR Photographer & Videographer specializing in real estate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for capturing high-quality visual media, focusing on architectural detail and possessing a strong technical foundation in DSLR photography and videography. This role involves photographing and filming property interiors and exteriors, managing the post-production process, and collaborating with our team to create visually engaging content that aligns with our brand's vision and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-resolution images and video footage of real estate properties, including interiors, exteriors, aerial shots, and neighborhood highlights.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to develop concepts and storyboards tailored to the real estate market.
• Edit raw footage and images into polished final products using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Manage the entire photo and video production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing, ensuring consistency in quality.
• Conduct on-site setup of lighting and sound equipment as needed to achieve high-quality visual outcomes.
• Ensure all visual content meets brand and client standards, enhancing property appeal through clear, captivating imagery.
• Stay updated on real estate and visual media trends to maintain a competitive edge in visual storytelling.
• Assist in producing 360-degree virtual tours and floor plans as needed to complement property listings.

Requirements

• Proficiency in DSLR photography and videography techniques, including lighting, sound recording, and aerial drone footage.
• Advanced knowledge of photo and video editing software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom) and Final Cut Pro.
• Expertise in post-production processes, including color correction, sound design, and light retouching for property images.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team while maintaining self-motivation and accountability on independent tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to translate creative ideas into high-quality visual outputs that effectively showcase properties.
• A portfolio highlighting previous work in real estate photography and videography is highly desirable.
