About the position

The Real Estate Photographer/Videographer role at Griffin Marketing involves capturing high-quality photos, videos, and virtual tours of residential properties in San Antonio and surrounding areas. This part-time, contract position does not require editing, as all bookings and post-production will be handled by Griffin Marketing. The ideal candidate must possess a Part 107 drone license and have a passion for real estate photography.

Responsibilities

• Take high-quality photos and videos of residential properties.
• Capture drone footage and create virtual tours of houses.
• Communicate effectively with clients and follow instructions.
• Ensure timely arrival for scheduled shoots.

Requirements

• Valid Part 107 drone license.
• Experience in photography.
• Reliable transportation.
• Camera and tripod for shoots.
• Wide angle/zoom lens for interior shots.
• Gimbal for stabilization.
• Computer with reliable Wi-Fi.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with 3D virtual tour cameras, preferably compatible with Matterport.
• Strong communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
