About the position

The Real Estate Photographer/Videographer at Griffin Marketing Agency is responsible for capturing high-quality photos, videos, and virtual tours of residential properties in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. This part-time, contract role does not require editing, as all bookings and post-production will be handled by the agency. The ideal candidate must possess a Part 107 drone license and have a passion for real estate photography, demonstrating reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of residential properties.
• Conduct drone photography and videography for real estate listings.
• Create virtual tours of properties using a 3D virtual tour camera.
• Follow instructions and guidelines provided by Griffin Marketing.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism during shoots.

Requirements

• Part 107 drone license is mandatory.
• 2 years of photography experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various locations.
• Camera and tripod for photography.
• Wide angle/zoom lens suitable for interior real estate shots.
• Gimbal for stable video capture.
• Computer with reliable Wi-Fi for communication and job management.

• Experience with 3D virtual tour cameras, particularly compatible with Matterport.
