About the position

Charlotte Real Estate Media (CREM) is seeking a part-time Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to join their team. This role involves capturing high-quality media for real estate listings and requires a blend of creative and customer service skills. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing individuals to choose their own hours and increase their earnings based on the number of projects they take on. Training will be provided for specific processes, including photography, videography, and drone operations.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos for real estate listings.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Manage scheduling and transportation between project locations.
• Learn and utilize specific photography and videography techniques as trained.
• Operate drone equipment for aerial photography (Part 107 certification required within 1 week of hire).
• Upload and manage media files using a computer with internet access.

Requirements

• Photography experience (preferred but not required).
• Customer service experience is a must.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro.
• Valid Driver's License and access to a 2014 or newer vehicle for project transportation.
• Basic computer skills.

• Remote Pilot Certificate (not required to apply but must be obtained within 1 week of hire).
