About the position
Ziprent is seeking qualified and responsible Real Estate Photographers to capture high-quality images of properties in El Paso, TX, and surrounding areas. This contract position requires photographers to respond quickly to listing requests, provide professional photography services, and manage electronic lockbox installations.
Responsibilities
- Accept and respond quickly to listing appointment requests via email.
- Submit a minimum of 15-30 professionally edited, high-quality photos of the interior/exterior of the property within 24 hours of the listing appointment.
- Pick up smart electronic lockboxes for installation from properties within a minimum of 35 miles from the listing appointment property.
- Change batteries on all electronic lockboxes prior to installation.
- Install electronic and classic lockboxes, document, and test all keys during the listing appointment.
- Complete an initial walkthrough and submit a full report of property condition to document any issues.
- Utilize a 360 camera or equipment to complete 3D Matterport Tours.
- Submit invoices and accept payment by ACH direct deposit.
Requirements
- Real estate photography portfolio.
- Photography equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Availability for multiple photoshoots per week.
- Flexibility regarding travel distance.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience and/or knowledge of FHA laws and housing compliance.
- Knowledge of CO detectors, smoke alarms, heating/AC systems.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Tech-savvy.
- Understanding of landlord/tenant laws.
