About the position

As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager at PNC, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial performance of a diverse portfolio of real estate assets. This position involves overseeing real estate development transactions, conducting due diligence, and ensuring that properties are well-maintained and strategically positioned in the market. You will work closely with various teams to support the company's growth strategies and contribute to an inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate development transactions as assigned by the Director of Site Selection.
• Monitor and conduct due diligence of development sites through the project phase.
• Understand retail real estate market and trade area analysis to identify business development opportunities.
• Negotiate letter of intent and retail lease terms based on market conditions.
• Prepare fiduciary reports and policies for the transactions group through data collection.
• Oversee the day-to-day performance of the real estate portfolio, responsible for 200-300 assets.
• Negotiate contracts that align with business needs and overall strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience in real estate or corporate finance.
• Strong data analysis skills and understanding of the site development process.
• Experience in retail leasing and negotiation of lease terms.
