About the position

The Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Halliburton is responsible for overseeing a comprehensive range of real estate processes, ensuring cost-effective and timely transactions. This role involves property selection, acquisition, negotiation, and the marketing and disposal of excess properties, while coordinating with various internal departments to facilitate these transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage a full range of real estate processes to achieve cost-effective and timely transactions.
  • Develop and implement negotiating strategies for lease or purchase of real properties.
  • Prepare and present recommendations on negotiated terms and conditions of transactions to internal clients.
  • Coordinate resources in Law, Health Safety and Environmental (HSE), Tax, and Risk Management departments to complete acquisition and disposal transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Real Estate Management.
  • Experience in creating and managing leases.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate Market.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Business acumen and attention to detail.
