About the position

The Real Estate Principal Broker will lead the company towards growth and prosperity, overseeing all transactions involving licensed real estate agents. This role includes providing guidance, ensuring compliance with real estate laws, and supporting agents in achieving their sales goals. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work part-time or full-time, with a focus on both management and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for all transactions involving licensed Real Estate Agents.
• Provide guidance and supervision to real estate agents with their listings and sales.
• Ensure marketing meets company, state, and national Fair Housing and Real Estate Law guidelines.
• Support agents in developing networks with other Realtors to achieve listing and sales goals.
• Oversee RMLS listings of available properties including company listings.
• Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and training of new agent hires.
• Suggest and implement operating policies and objectives, ensuring compliance with such policies.
• Accomplish organizational goals by exploring opportunities to add value to the organization.
• Handle new agent selection and training, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain property files and records according to requirements.
• Continually improve management and technical skills.

Requirements

• Principal Real Estate Broker's License.
• Proven work experience as a Real Estate agent and managing broker.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker (Preferred)
• Principal Broker Real Estate License (Preferred)
