The position focuses on generating leads, assisting buyers, and ensuring seamless transactions in the real estate market, primarily serving Salt Lake and Northern Utah Counties.

Responsibilities

• Generate and respond to qualified leads in the real estate market.
• Assist buyers in navigating the home purchasing process and provide market insights.
• Create essential documents such as representation contracts and purchase agreements.
• Follow up with prospects to assess their wants and needs in a home.
• Coordinate with office staff to ensure seamless transactions from start to finish.

Requirements

• Valid Utah Real Estate License
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid Utah driver's license and vehicle
• An established track record of successful sales experience
• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends.
