About the position
As a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist at our distinguished real estate investment firm, you will play a crucial role in the acquisition and flipping of luxury houses, multifamily properties, mixed-use developments, and shopping centers across the United States. Our firm has a proven track record of identifying and acquiring lucrative investment opportunities in the real estate market, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team. This position is full-time and requires a commitment to working Monday through Friday, with a focus on cultivating leads and presenting potential acquisition opportunities for evaluation and decision-making. In this role, you will be responsible for originating and cultivating leads specifically for multifamily properties, luxury house flips, and commercial real estate acquisitions. You will conduct thorough market research, property due diligence, and financial analysis to support our acquisition strategies. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of offering memorandums and cash flow models for potential acquisitions, ensuring that our team has the necessary information to make informed decisions. We provide comprehensive training on how to find leads, analyze properties, conduct due diligence, and prepare investment documents. The compensation structure is commission-based, allowing you to earn while you learn, with substantial income potential based on your performance. Responsibilities
- Originate and cultivate leads for Multifamily, Luxury House flips, and Commercial Real Estate acquisitions.
- Present potential acquisition opportunities to our team for evaluation and decision-making.

Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales or acquisitions preferred, but not required.
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for real estate investment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based, independent contractor role.
- High school or equivalent education required.
- 4 years of sales experience required.
- Driver's License required.
- Real Estate License required.
