About the position

The Real Estate Property Manager will oversee the management of a multi-family property in the Kansas City, KS area. This role focuses on maintaining the physical environment of the property while optimizing its financial performance. The position requires a strong emphasis on customer service, team development, and effective property management practices to ensure the property stands out in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to tenants, vendors, and staff.
• Manage financial aspects of the property, including collections and budgeting.
• Administer marketing plans and conduct property showings to increase occupancy.
• Develop and lead on-site teams through effective recruitment, training, motivation, and coaching.
• Coordinate maintenance to enhance the property's physical attractiveness.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of property management experience preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Experience in retail management (1 year preferred).
• Experience in hospitality (1 year preferred).
• Customer service experience (2 years preferred).
• Valid Driver's License.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sales.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
