Responsibilities

• Recruit top talent by identifying, screening, and onboarding agents who align with the company culture.
• Build relationships with the Head of Sales and C-Suite team to implement recruitment strategies and drive growth.
• Convert prospects into agents through effective communication, persuasion, and follow-up.
• Play a role in ongoing agent retention to ensure long-term success for both agents and the company.
• Assist agents in utilizing other Link services such as mortgage and escrow.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects, leads, and recruitment activities using CRM software.

Requirements

• Proven sales expertise with a track record of success in sales or recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive on autonomy and consistently exceed goals.
• Exceptional communication, interviewing, and assessment abilities to identify top talent.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track performance metrics.
