The Real Estate Research/Personal Assistant position is a part-time role within a busy real estate investor and property management company based in Hawthorne, NJ. The primary focus of this role is to assist with various research and administrative tasks related to real estate, including maintaining records, property screening, and communication with real estate professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain weekly county foreclosure excel sheets
  • Complete property screening for residential and commercial use
  • Compile property searches for review
  • Communicate directly with listing Brokers/Real Estate Agents for property information
  • Maintain Realtor contacts for additional leads with rapid response
  • Schedule showings with Outside Brokers/Agents
  • Prepare necessary documents
