The position is commission-only, with a compensation plan that can yield up to $200,000 annually, aimed at helping agents achieve their highest potential.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media and video content related to real estate.
- Implement daily time blocking and effective time management strategies.
- Maintain a daily written gratitude journal and affirmations.
- Send daily handwritten personal notes to clients and prospects.
- Prospect daily to build and expand your sphere of influence.
- Commit to excellence in all aspects of marketing, branding, and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 10 closed escrows.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
- Strong focus on providing the best client experience with a customer-advocate mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about daily discipline, accountability, role-playing, scripting, and time management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional phone skills with the ability to set and close appointments effectively.
- Quick thinker and adept problem-solver.
